Stars on Board ABA accepts : 

 1. Reach Out
Submit our intake form, and our team will contact you within 48 business hours to begin the process.

2. Meet Your Care Coordinator
You’ll be paired with a dedicated coordinator who will walk you through each step and answer your questions along the way.

3. Comprehensive Evaluation
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with your child to complete a thorough assessment of their skills, needs, and goals.

4. Insurance Authorization
We’ll handle the submission of all assessment findings to your insurance provider and notify you once services are approved.

5. Build Your Schedule
Your care coordinator will work closely with you to create a therapy schedule that aligns with your family’s routines and your child’s needs.

6. Begin Services
Your BCBA and Behavior Technician (BT) will begin implementing your child’s individualized treatment plan to support meaningful skill development.

7. Ongoing Family Support
You’ll have access to continuous parent training, caregiver support, and guidance from your coordinator and clinical team throughout your child’s ABA journey.
